Jason Kreuzman is a licensed Occupational Therapist and founder of RewireOT. Jason has over a decade of experience specializing in pediatric care, with a clinical focus on Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), chronic pain and mental health. A graduate of the University of Indianapolis, Jason has been treating and empowering youth and young adults since 2011. He serves as Co-chair of the Pediatric FND Society SIG Community Awareness group and is a passionate advocate for the vital role of occupational therapy in FND treatment and recovery.
